How They Work Together

 

  • CJC-1295 (No DAC) acts as a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, stimulating the anterior pituitary to increase secretion of growth hormone (GH) in a manner that more closely mimics natural GH pulsatility.

  • Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) that activates ghrelin receptors (GHS-R1a) in the pituitary to trigger rapid, pulse-like GH release, independently of cortisol or prolactin.
